Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of the Loubby AI website and services. By accessing the site, applying to a programme, or engaging talent through us, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
What we do
Loubby AI operates programmes that train and vet technical professionals, and matches them with companies as Forward-Deployed AI Engineers or interns. We facilitate introductions, onboarding and ongoing relationship management. We are not the employer of record for placed talent unless we agree that in writing.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Obligations of talent
If you participate in a programme or accept a placement, you agree to provide accurate information about your experience, to engage in good faith, and to meet the commitments you make to partner companies. Misrepresenting your background or work is grounds for removal from the network.
Obligations of employers
If you engage talent through us, you agree to provide a safe and lawful working environment, to describe the work accurately, to pay agreed fees on time, and not to solicit talent outside the arrangement agreed with us during the engagement and for the period stated in your agreement.
Fees and payment
Fees for placements, programmes and subscriptions are set out in the order form or agreement you sign with us. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable once an engagement has begun. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or bulk-extracting data, interfering with the operation of the site, using it to send unsolicited communications, or using it for any unlawful or discriminatory purpose.
Intellectual property
The website, our brand, and the materials we produce remain our property or that of our licensors. Work product created by placed talent for your business belongs to your business as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information with reasonable care, to use it only for the purpose of the engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties except to those who need it and are bound by equivalent obligations.
Third-party services
The site may link to or integrate with services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any placement will produce a particular business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service is no longer commercially reasonable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your engagement agreement with us. Where no jurisdiction is stated, the courts of that same jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
