Loubby AI at London Tech Week 2025

Loubby AI participated as an official partner in the Executive Roundtable held during London Tech Week 2025. The roundtable focused on the systems, partnerships, and workforce capabilities required to position Nigeria as a preferred destination for global outsourcing.

The session brought together executives from international companies, Nigerian business process outsourcing providers, technology companies, and public-sector representatives to discuss how Nigeria can attract more outsourcing projects and connect its professionals with international employers.

The roundtable was hosted by the 3 Million Technical Talent programme and the UK-Nigeria Tech Hub in collaboration with the Outsource to Nigeria Initiative, DivVerse Labs, Loubby AI, and Consonance Innovation Consulting.

Bringing Recruitment and Workforce Management Into the Outsourcing Discussion

Nigeria has professionals working across software engineering, data science, cloud computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, customer service, finance, sales, operations, and other business functions. However, having a large talent pool does not automatically make that talent accessible to employers.

Companies need a reliable way to confirm candidates’ skills and experience, coordinate recruitment, manage documentation, support onboarding, monitor employee information, and process payments. These systems become especially important when employers are recruiting and managing teams across different countries.

At the roundtable, we discussed how Loubby AI recruitment and workforce management technology can help employers complete these processes within a structured system.

How Loubby AI Supports Global Employers

Loubby AI provides employers with tools for recruiting and managing talent. Through the platform, companies can advertise roles, review candidates, conduct assessments, coordinate interviews, onboard new employees, manage workforce information, and process payments.

Our work addresses two sides of the outsourcing process. Employers need access to qualified professionals and reliable systems for managing them. Professionals need greater visibility, access to relevant roles, and a clear process for demonstrating their capabilities to potential employers.

By bringing these functions together, Loubby AI helps reduce the administrative barriers involved in recruiting and managing African professionals for local and international roles.

Building Employer Confidence in Nigerian Talent

For Nigeria to attract more outsourcing opportunities, international employers must have confidence in the country’s talent, infrastructure, service providers, and employment processes.

This requires accurate candidate information, structured assessments, clear contracts, reliable communication, appropriate data management, and transparent workforce administration. It also requires coordination among technology companies, training providers, government institutions, outsourcing companies, and employers.

The Executive Roundtable created an opportunity to discuss these requirements with organisations working across different parts of the outsourcing sector.

For Loubby AI, the discussion was directly connected to our work. We are building the recruitment and workforce management infrastructure that employers need to identify suitable professionals and manage distributed teams.

Connecting Skills Development With Employment

Nigeria continues to invest in developing technical and digital skills through initiatives such as the 3MTT programme. Training increases the number of professionals prepared for digital roles, but employers also need reliable channels through which they can find and recruit those professionals.

Loubby AI helps connect skills development with employment by giving qualified professionals access to job opportunities and providing employers with the tools required to manage recruitment and employment processes.

This connection is necessary if training programmes are to produce stronger employment outcomes and if Nigeria is to increase its participation in the global outsourcing market.

Continuing the Work Beyond London Tech Week

London Tech Week 2025 provided an international platform for discussing Nigeria’s outsourcing capabilities and the practical requirements for expanding the sector.

Our participation as an official partner allowed us to contribute experience from recruitment, talent placement, and workforce management. It also strengthened our engagement with organisations working to increase employment opportunities for Nigerian and African professionals.

Although the event has concluded, our work continues. We will keep developing the infrastructure employers need to recruit and manage talent while working with relevant organisations to expand access to local and international opportunities.
