Loubby AI at Talent Management 3.0 by Phillips Consulting Limited

Loubby AI partnered with Phillips Consulting Limited for Talent Management 3.0 (TMR 2025), an event focused on the practical application of artificial intelligence in human resources.

Held under the theme “Future Forward HR: Explore the AI Experience in HR,” the event brought together HR leaders, business executives, and technology professionals to discuss how organisations can apply AI across recruitment, employee management, and workforce planning.

Our participation included a demonstration of Loubby AI and a workshop examining how AI can support specific responsibilities across the HR value chain.

Demonstrating Practical Applications of AI in HR

At the event, we demonstrated how Loubby AI supports recruitment and workforce management. Participants learned how organisations can use the platform to improve candidate sourcing, screening, matching, hiring, and other talent management processes.

We also facilitated a workshop on the application of AI across the HR value chain. The session examined how organisations can incorporate AI into specific HR functions, including:

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition: Candidate sourcing, job description development, screening, and candidate matching.
  • Employee onboarding: Coordinating onboarding activities and supporting the transition from candidate to employee.
  • Performance management: Using workforce data to monitor progress and inform performance discussions.
  • Learning and development: Identifying skills gaps and creating relevant learning pathways.
  • Payroll and workforce planning: Supporting resource planning, cost management, compliance, and workforce decisions.

The session gave participants a practical understanding of how AI can support HR processes while keeping HR professionals responsible for reviewing outputs and making final decisions.

Moving From Interest to Practical Adoption

The discussions at TMR 2025 showed that organisations are increasingly considering how AI can be incorporated into their existing HR processes. Effective adoption, however, requires organisations to identify suitable use cases, prepare relevant data, assign clear responsibilities, and establish appropriate oversight.

Talent Management 3.0 gave HR and business leaders an opportunity to examine these requirements and learn from practical applications of AI. It also created a platform for HR professionals and technology providers to discuss how AI tools can be introduced within existing organisational structures.

Supporting Recruitment and Workforce Management

Our partnership with Phillips Consulting Limited reflects Loubby AI’s commitment to helping organisations apply AI to recruitment and workforce management.

We will continue to work with HR leaders, employers, and industry partners to improve how organisations attract, assess, hire, and manage talent while creating more employment opportunities for African professionals.
